Shipping policy

We strive to deliver the best shipping possible. We ship every work day, and will dispatch orders within 3 working days when bought with DHL Express. Delays might occur in emergency situations such as covid outbreaks etc. With international free shipping, we dispatch to most countries within 4 days, and to some countries (mostly South America) within one week. Shipping time with the courier is than added to this.
If your shipping is sent with DHL Express, please contact them and refer to their shipping policy. 
If there are any issues with your shipping, please contact the courier if it has been sent as they can give the best help. If this does not help, please send an email to support@dronemask.com and we will do our best to help you.
